IDENTIFICATION
To protect your personal data and prevent identity fraud, we require our clients to present valid identification at the reception before each appointment. Please have your identification ready upon arrival if you have an appointment.
DRINKS, DRUGS, AND FOOD
For health and hygiene reasons, smoking, drug use, and consumption of alcohol or food are prohibited in the clinics.
ANIMALS
Animals are not allowed in our clinics for hygiene and inconvenience reasons.
REGISTRATION FORM
If this is your first appointment at Faceland, you must complete a registration form prior to the appointment. It is important for the treatment that you answer all questions truthfully.
UNDER THE INFLUENCE AND TREATMENT
If you are under the influence of alcohol or narcotics, the treatment cannot be performed.
COSMETIC/SURGICAL TREATMENTS FROM AGE 18
The treatments provided in our clinics are only intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older.
CHILDREN IN THE CLINIC
For the comfort and safety of our clients, it is not advisable to bring children to our clinics due to the nature of the treatments and the need for a quiet environment.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS & WASTE
Please take your personal belongings and waste with you or dispose of them in the designated bins. Faceland is not responsible for loss or theft of your belongings.
APPOINTMENT ORDER
We work by appointment. Clients will be served in the order of their appointments, not in the order of arrival.
RESPECT
Treat our staff and other visitors with respect. Abusive language, shouting, threats, and/or offensive, belittling, or discriminatory remarks will not be tolerated.
LATENESS
If you are late for your appointment, we cannot guarantee that the appointment will proceed. Please check with the reception. If the appointment cannot be accommodated, a new appointment can be scheduled.
24-HOUR POLICY
Faceland has a 24-hour policy. If you cannot attend your appointment, you must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. If you miss your appointment without notification, you risk receiving a no-show fee to compensate for the reserved time. Repeated lateness or missed appointments may result in denial of access to the clinic.
OVERRUNS
Our consultations may run over unexpectedly. Faceland is not responsible for any (travel) costs incurred due to overruns. If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to an overrun, please inform the reception to avoid receiving a no-show fee.
