HOW TO REACH US IN CASE OF EMERGENCY?
For emergencies, call the general Faceland phone number: 088 101 4600. Select option 0 for our emergency line. This is available 24/7.
If it’s not an emergency but you have a question, call the same number and select option 1 (injectables) or option 2 (surgery). We are available from Monday to Saturday between 09:00 and 15:00.
EMERGENCY FOR FILLERS OR MUSCLE RELAXANTS
If you have had a filler or muscle relaxant treatment, the chance of serious complications is minimal. However, contact us if you experience:
- Fever
- Severe discoloration of the treated area
- Nausea
- Reduced or blurred vision
Note: Bruising and swelling are common with injectable treatments but are generally not a cause for concern. Apply cold compresses, and they should resolve on their own.
EMERGENCY AFTER SURGERY
Post-surgery, you may experience different issues depending on the procedure. Examples include:
- Severe bleeding
- Increasing pain
- Infection
- Fever
- Nausea
- Reduced or blurred vision
If you’re worried, it’s important to contact us promptly. Even in cases of doubt, don’t hesitate to reach out.
After a surgical procedure, the surgeon or doctor will inform you about what to expect during the recovery period. Sometimes, minor bleeding or bruising is normal. Always follow the aftercare instructions to minimize the risk of complications.
