Furthermore, you should not exercise for up to 24 hours after the treatment, and you should avoid the sauna or sunbed for 2 weeks. Protect your hands from the sun; exposure to UV radiation can make the skin extra sensitive and affect the treatment’s results. If you need to go out in the sun, you can wear cotton gloves.
