How does a nose filler treatment work?
First, you have a consultation with the cosmetic doctor, during which your wishes and expectations are discussed to determine if they are achievable. The practitioner will also inquire if you have ever had nose surgery. If so, unfortunately, you cannot undergo this nose fillers treatment. We first apply a numbing cream to the area to be treated.
This cream needs to work for at least 10 minutes to make the treatment comfortable. During the nose fillers treatment, a hyaluronic acid filler is injected into the nose and nasal bridge, which straightens the nasal bridge and fills in dimples. The cosmetic doctor can thus correct your nose shape with nose fillers. A injection with a muscle relaxant helps lift the nasal tip, preventing it from hanging down and giving it a subtle lift.

The result of nose fillers
A nose correction with fillers and muscle relaxants gives a beautiful result and is almost immediately visible. Especially the effect of hyaluronic acid fillers is immediately visible. The muscle relaxant typically takes 1-2 weeks to fully take effect. However, please note that the treated area may still be swollen immediately after the treatment.
After 2 weeks, the result of the treatment is optimal. The natural result will remain visible for an average of 6 to 9 months. This varies from person to person and depends on your age, lifestyle, and muscle activity. The same result is possible with a surgical nose correction, but the recovery will take longer and you will have a different price.

Aftercare for Nose Fillers
After a nose correction, there are a few things to keep in mind. Be sure not to massage or rub the treated area for 48 hours after the treatment, unless the doctor specifically recommends it. You may experience swelling and bruising after the treatment, so it is recommended to cool the area. Please note that the swelling may increase before it decreases.
Bruises can be camouflaged with makeup several hours after the treatment, once the injection sites are closed. Also, do not exercise for 24 hours after the treatment, and do not visit the sauna or sunbed for 2 weeks after the treatment. Exposure to UV radiation can make the treated skin more sensitive, which may affect the result.
