Liquid facelift before and after
How does a liquid facelift work?
For a liquid facelift, we use two groups of injectables: muscle relaxants and fillers. A filler adds volume to specific areas of the face, while the muscle relaxant softens wrinkles and prevents the formation of new ones. First, the practitioner examines your face, and this area may be marked if necessary. Then, hyaluronic acid fillers and muscle relaxants are injected into the skin at the designated areas.
Anesthesia is not necessary for this treatment, unless you prefer it. This treatment takes about 20 minutes. If you want a beautiful healthy glow on your face, then a Profhilo treatment is perfect for you! During this treatment, no fillers are used; instead, we use a gel that can even out your skin from the inside. Let a practitioner inform you about this.
Liquid Facelift Treatment Steps
You can reach us by phone at 088 101 46 00 between 09:00 – 15:00 from Monday to Friday. Choose option 1 if you want to inquire about a muscle relaxant or filler treatment. Contact the surgery team by choosing option 2. Our service team is happy to assist you.
Schedule a non-binding consultation to discuss your wishes and expectations with the practitioner. Based on this, the practitioner will provide you with appropriate advice. During the consultation, the practitioner will examine your face and take some photos so you can compare the result after the treatment. This allows you to see if your wishes have been met.
For a liquid facelift, we use two groups of injectables at Faceland: muscle relaxants and fillers. A filler adds volume to certain areas of the face. The wrinkle treatment with muscle relaxants naturally prevents the formation of wrinkles and softens existing ones by temporarily reducing the activity of the muscles that cause these wrinkles. This treatment takes about 20 minutes.
You may not exercise for up to 24 hours after the treatment and should avoid visiting saunas or sunbeds for up to 2 weeks after the treatment. UV exposure can make the treated skin extra sensitive and affect the result of the treatment.
Prices of the liquid facelift
Do you want to be sure about the cost of your treatment? The practitioner will first discuss which product is best for you and your wishes and how much is suitable.
Based on this, the practitioner can tell you how much the treatment will cost.

The result of the liquid facelift
The effect of the liquid facelift is optimal after 2 weeks. You’ll notice that the fine lines and wrinkles are softened, and certain areas of the face have more volume. Thanks to the liquid facelift, you’ll look younger again! If you are not satisfied with the result,
you can come back for a follow-up appointment from 2 to 4 weeks after the treatment. The effect of the filler treatment lasts 6 to 9 months, and the effect of the muscle relaxant treatment lasts about 3 months. After this, you will return for a repeat treatment.
Liquid Facelift Aftercare
Within 48 hours, you should not massage or rub the treated area. Furthermore, you should not exercise for up to 24 hours after the treatment and avoid direct sunlight, saunas, or sunbeds for up to 2 weeks after the treatment. It is possible to experience bruising and swelling after a muscle relaxant treatment.
A few hours after the treatment (once the puncture holes are closed), you can already camouflage the spots with makeup. UV exposure can make the treated skin extra sensitive and affect the result, so be careful in the sun. For example, use factor 50 sunscreen to provide extra protection.

Frequently Asked Questions about the liquid facelift
A liquid facelift is a rejuvenating treatment without plastic surgery. With the help of fillers and muscle relaxants, wrinkles are softened, and necessary areas are filled. This gives you the effect of a facelift without a long recovery time.
During a liquid facelift, the practitioner uses fillers and muscle relaxants. Depending on the brand used, fillers remain visible for 6 to 12 months. Muscle relaxants work for about 3 months. If you notice that the effect of the treatment is fading, you are welcome for a repeat treatment.

First, you discuss your wishes with your practitioner so that it becomes clear where the fillers and muscle relaxants need to be injected. The muscle relaxants will then soften wrinkles and prevent the formation of new lines. Fillers add volume to the desired areas.
Within 48 hours, you should not massage or rub the treated area. Furthermore, you should not exercise for up to 24 hours after the treatment and avoid direct sunlight, saunas, or sunbeds for up to 2 weeks after the treatment.
